Muttalib LLC, doing business as Live Greater Columbus ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to responsible email practices and complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws.
1. When We Email You
We may send email to you when:
- You request a quote, book a service, or upload an inspection report.
- You create or use a client portal account.
- You opt in to receive updates, tips, or promotional content.
- You contact us with a question and we reply.
2. Types of Email
- Transactional: quote confirmations, appointment reminders, invoices, receipts, project updates, and account notifications. These are required to deliver the services you've requested.
- Marketing: seasonal promotions, service tips, and news about Live Greater Columbus. We send these only to subscribers who have opted in or have an existing business relationship with us, as permitted by law.
3. Honest Headers and Subject Lines
Every email we send will identify us clearly, use a truthful subject line, and include a physical or business contact method and an easy way to unsubscribe.
4. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing message, or by emailing ahmed@livegreatercolumbus.com with the subject "Unsubscribe." We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails related to active projects may continue.
5. No Sale or Rental of Email Addresses
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. We share it only with service providers (such as our email delivery platform) that help us send these messages on our behalf.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe you've received an unsolicited email from us, or that someone is impersonating Live Greater Columbus, please contact us so we can investigate.
