Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, and services provided by Muttalib LLC, doing business as Live Greater Columbus ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide handyman, renovation, electrical, carpentry, and inspection remedy services in and around Columbus, Ohio. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for each project are set out in a written estimate or work order ("Project Agreement"), which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Estimates are based on the information you provide and a reasonable visual inspection. Hidden conditions discovered during work (e.g., concealed damage, code issues, additional materials) may require a written change order before work continues.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in the Project Agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due upon completion of work. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Ohio law.

4. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the work area and to inform us of any pets, alarms, or hazards. We will give reasonable notice if a scheduled visit needs to be rescheduled.

5. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for the period stated in your Project Agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, third-party modifications, or events outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload viruses, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, client portal, or accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission.

8. Client Portal Accounts

If you create a client portal account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and the "Live Greater Columbus" brand — is owned by Muttalib LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or client portal at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms us or other users.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
