SMS / Messaging Policy

This SMS Policy describes how Muttalib LLC, doing business as Live Greater Columbus ("we," "us," or "our"), uses text messaging to communicate with customers and prospects.
1. Consent / Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number on our website, booking form, client portal, or verbally during a service call, and by checking any applicable consent box or replying to confirm, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from Live Greater Columbus at the number provided. You are not required to consent to marketing messages as a condition of purchasing any service.
2. Types of Messages
- Transactional: appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, on-the-way notifications, project status updates, invoice and payment reminders, and replies to your direct questions.
- Marketing: seasonal promotions, special offers, service reminders, and occasional updates about our services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project activity. You can expect approximately 2–8 messages per active project for transactional updates, and no more than 4 marketing messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge a fee for messages we send.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further messages unless you re-subscribe. You can also opt out by emailing ahmed@livegreatercolumbus.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe SMS."
Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages directly related to an active service appointment. To stop all messages, reply STOP or contact us.

7. Supported Carriers
We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers (e.g., our SMS gateway) solely to deliver messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Changes
We may update this SMS Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
